Hello, I’m Bella - a certified Yoga Teacher & EFT Practitioner I am a passionate and experienced Yoga Teacher with certifications in Vinyasa Flow (2022) and Pre & Postnatal Yoga (2023). With a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing, I integrate Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which I have been certified in since 2019, into my practice to help clients achieve both physical and emotional balance. My teaching style is nurturing and inclusive, focusing on creating a supportive environment where students can explore their practice at their own pace. I believe in the power of yoga and EFT to transform lives and am dedicated to helping others connect with their true selves through these practices. I support all my students to deepen their practice, relieve stress and cultivate a positive mindset. I am always open to collaborations and sharing my skills with others both online and in person for enhancing people’s overall wellbeing and quality of life.
