La Casa De Loto

La Casa De Loto was born from an unexpected journey. When Pema arrived in Colombia in 2014 seeking a simple yogi life in the jungle, he quickly found himself battling a deadly disease in a Medellín hospital. However, instead of despairing, he offered solace to others through his calming meditation guidance. Soon, these informal sessions grew into his first meditation students. After a year in Medellín, he met his wife María at a children's foundation, where she worked as a secretary and he taught yoga and meditation to the kids. United by compassion, they formed a beautiful partnership and soon left the city behind, transforming a quiet farm into a small retreat center open to all spiritual seekers. In 2016, La Casa De Loto opened its doors, offering refuge to people from all over the world seeking a deeper connection with themselves, nature, and others.
