Opportunity  description

The Community Manager & Sales Associate is a dynamic role designed to strengthen and expand our community through targeted outreach and strategic sales efforts. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and working in close collaboration with the Director of Business Development, this role engages directly with our community, particularly our alumni, to keep them informed and involved with new programs and initiatives. You will also handle inbound sales leads, providing a personalized experience that reflects the ethos of Ceremonia.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Manage and nurture inbound leads generated through referrals, online searches, social media, podcasts, and other channels.
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process with empathy and understanding, focusing on making them feel seen and understood rather than just closing a sale.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Hubspot to track interactions, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth by understanding the needs and preferences of potential clients, tailoring communications and offerings to meet those needs.
  • Conduct outreach to Ceremonia’s alumni network, sharing updates and opportunities to re-engage through new programs and initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the wellness, health, or spiritual growth sectors.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and communicate effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Adaptive Communication: Capable of crafting messages that resonate across a variety of platforms, tailoring interactions to individual needs and contexts.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop strategies that effectively combine community engagement with sales goals, driving both community satisfaction and business success.
  • Goal-oriented: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and goal achievement.
  • Self-motivated: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Integrous: Strong integrity, intelligence, and energy, embodying the values and vision of Ceremonia.
  • Mission-Driven: A strong alignment with Ceremonia’s values and mission, with a passion for promoting psycho-spiritual growth and exploration.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience, ideally within the wellness or psychedelic sector.
  • Ability to leverage your personal network to generate meaningful leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub for lead management and relationship nurturing.
  • Effective use of LinkedIn, Asana, Slack, and other relevant tools to engage with organizations and potential clients.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver professional sales presentations that educate and inspire potential partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with various stakeholders and build productive relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and goal achievement.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong integrity, intelligence, and energy, embodying the values and vision of Ceremonia.
  • Commitment to personal growth, eager to deepen your knowledge and understanding of Ceremonia’s operations and the spiritual and psychedelic realms.

Compensation

  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the GMT -7 (MST) timezone.
  • Salary: $2,500 base/month + commissions. Range should be $4-7k/month.
  • Type: Full-time with flexible hours
  • Starting: Immediate
