RETREAT ASSISTANT/INTERN OPPORTUNITY IN SAN PANCHO, MEXICO!

Ideal for those in the health/wellness/transformational domains who aim to integrate retreats into their repertoire and seek hands-on training to obtain essential skills, collaborations, and self-assurance to curate phenomenal transformational retreat events.

THRIVE Fitness, Adventure, & Transformation retreats are on the Alma Vida Retreats and Guest House in San Pancho, Mexico from November 16-23, 2024!

This is an UNPAID trade role with comprehensive expenses covered, including transportation once specific milestones are reached. Plus, there’s an opportunity to earn additional cash bonuses at each retreat and a chance to join the THRIVE team either part-time or full-time (hourly rate transitioning into a salary).

Benefits for this intern assistant role are:
$20,000 worth of immersive retreat coaching/mentorship
$3600 all-inclusive retreat package in a shared room

No previous retreat expertise is mandatory, but possessing a network that would be keen on joining any of these experiences is essential, given the exchange conditions.
