Resident Wellness Manager & Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as the Resident Wellness Manager at the Sen Wellness Sanctuary, an eco-conscious authentic Ayurveda retreat centre.

This is an incredible opportunity to support our guests who come from all over the world and work alongside an international team. This position also provides the chance to gain experience in hospitality and wellness and grow as part of a team. We are looking for someone to join us from the end of October 2024.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the guest’s journey from arrival to departure
• Overseeing the wellness programme and scheduling treatments
• Offer ongoing personal support throughout the guest journey, this includes sharing meals with guests in the communal dining space
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and promptly reporting any issues to management
• Overseeing the boutique shop, showcasing locally sourced herbal products, clothing line etc
• Manage Instagram account
• Performing additional duties as needed within the current role

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the Hospitality or Wellness industry (1-year minimum)
• Experience in social media or marketing capacity
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Flexibility with hours, as the Sanctuary operates on a different schedule, requiring adaptability to guest arrival and departure times
• Additional skills in breathwork, meditation, sound healing etc would be advantageous

This is a full-time position, requiring 6 workdays a week. There will be a 3-month probationary period followed by a 1-year minimum commitment.  Monthly salary and full board accommodation are included.
