Meditation Instructor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Wellness Meditation Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading meditation sessions, providing guidance and support to participants, and promoting overall wellness through mindfulness practices. The instructor will create a safe and nurturing environment, tailored to the needs of individuals and groups, ensuring a positive and transformative experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Meditation Sessions: Lead group and individual meditation sessions, including but not limited to mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, breathwork, and other relaxation techniques.
• Program Development: Assist in developing and enhancing wellness programs that incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices.
• Participant Support: Offer personalized guidance and support to participants, helping them to achieve their wellness goals.
• Education and Training: Educate participants on the benefits of meditation and mindfulness, providing tools and techniques for stress management and personal growth.
• Community Engagement: Promote and represent the meditation center at community events, workshops, and other outreach activities.
• Environment Management: Maintain a clean, peaceful, and welcoming environment for all meditation sessions.
• Administrative Duties: Keep accurate records of attendance, participant progress, and program feedback; assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.
