Wellsphere provides and is responsible for the Platform – but not for the opportunity or candidate itself. We take reasonable care in providing our Platform, but we can’t guarantee that everything on it is accurate (as we get information from candidates and businesses). To the extent permitted by law, we can’t be held responsible for any errors, interruptions, or missing information – although we will do everything we can to correct or fix them as soon as possible.

Our Platform is not a recommendation or endorsement of any Candidate or Business Provider or its products, services, facilities, etc. Wellsphere is not a party to the terms between you and the Business Provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Wellsphere website (the "Site"). Wellsphere is operated by or on behalf of Wellsphere Enterprises LLC, a company registered in Delaware. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Wellsphere may modify these Terms at any time without notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. Description of Service

Wellsphere is an online marketplace connecting talented individuals ("Candidates") with business opportunities ("Opportunities"). The Site allows users to post and search for various job opportunities. Wellsphere does not guarantee the posting of new Opportunities or Candidates on the Site daily. There may be days when no new postings are made.

3. User Responsibilities and Safety

Wellsphere provides a platform for connecting Candidates with Opportunities but does not screen or verify the identity, qualifications, or suitability of any Candidate or Opportunity listed. It is the sole responsibility of both the Candidates and the business providers to perform their own due diligence and background checks as necessary. Wellsphere disclaims any liability for any issues arising from interactions between Candidates and business providers, including but not limited to employment, contract disputes, and safety concerns.

4. Use of Site Materials

All materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software (collectively referred to as "Materials"), are the property of Wellsphere or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes. Any other use of the Materials, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, without the prior written permission of Wellsphere, is strictly prohibited.

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Wellsphere immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Wellsphere is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
