Our Retreat is wonderfully situated on the slopes 400 meters above Ephesus and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Aegean region and supports you in self-reflection.

Five natural lakes, extensive forest areas, fertile fields and extensive vineyards give this region a divine touch and form the ideal setting for rest and relaxation.

Ephesus Retreat is situated in the midst of history and heritage of different cultures. The Selçuk region is known to be home to the ancient city of Ephesus (listed as a World Heritage Site by UNSECO in 2015), where the ancient goddess Artemis (influenced by the Anatolian goddess Cybele) was worshiped.

The same place served as a place of pilgrimage for Christians and they still visit the house of the Virgin Mary to pray and receive blessings. Stories say that she is said to have spent her last days there and died.

For thousands of years, seekers and artists have been called to this place to find wisdom and knowledge, mystery, community life and inspiration, and to encounter the ancestral energy and stories that vibrate alive to our day!

On a hill, surrounded by old trees and olive groves, we have a total of 18 rooms and can now accommodate up to 45 people. All rooms promise an immersion in nature!

The ambiance in the rooms are in a fine balance between modern and cozy while offering a 100% natural environment!

Room options vary from tree house room, bungalow, deluxe double room, standard double room or single room.

Ephesus is a place steeped in history and the resort is the ideal starting point for history, culture, relaxation and a wide range of activities.

The Retreat has 2  yoga halls.

The extraordinary, light-flooded pavilion  (200 sqm), our hall “Kybele” is located on a terrace with an
open view of the mountains, the sea & the endless expanse of the Turkish Aegean coast,
vis a ́vis & on an energy line with the house of Mother Mary. You immediately feel this
seemingly comforting energy in this room and feel free & protected at the same time.
All windows can be opened completely so that even in hot temperatures a mild breeze
blows into the room.
The room is additionally equipped with an anteroom in which the shelves with yoga
accessories & massage table are located.The room is fully airconditionned for heating and cooling)

Yoga Room “Gaia”
The beautiful light-flooded room “Gaja” is located in the main house,
with direct connection to the sun terrace & meadow with seating.
The lawn can also be used for yoga etc.
The room is additionally equipped with an open fireplace.
In the room there are opportunities for 8 Aeriel Yoga places.
