Yoga Teacher: Sep 29th – Nov 23rd
Opportunity description
We are a Yoga and Eco Retreat in the jungle in the centre of Sri Lanka. Located 19km east of Kandy, it is made up of 15 cabanas amongst the peaceful forest and runs as a community initiative, supporting many employees across three local villages.
Our retreats run for 4 days and include 1.5 hrs of morning Vinyasa/ Hatha and 1.5hrs of Yin Yoga in the evening. You will be expected to lead these retreat classes alongside drop ins as requested by guests in our beautiful Shala which is right in the heart of the forest.
We are looking for a certified Yoga teacher for 29th Sep – 23rd Nov (can be split into 2x 1 month periods)
You must be passionate about nature and keen to interact with local people and visitors from all over the world.
In return you receive 50% of the Yoga income, free accommodation (your own private room with en-suite), and food.
