Temporary Volunteers Needed at Our Tenerife Yoga Retreat

‍

We want everyone to be able to join one of our retreats even if they don’t currently have the financial means to do so. That’s why we offer 2 places to volunteers on each retreat so that in exchange for helping at the retreat they can have the same experience as our other guests! The role will involve helping with the day to day running of the retreat, with the opportunity to join all of the yoga classes, meals and excursions free of charge.

Its an ideal opportunity for yoga teachers who are interested in running their own retreats to gain hands on experience and learn more about how to create their own retreat business. We have 14 retreats scheduled over the winter in Tenerife over the following dates :

November 1st – 7th & November 7th – 14th
December 1st – 7th & December 7th – 14th & December 29th – January 4th
January 19th – 25th & Jan 25th – 1st of Feb
February 17th – 23rd & Feb 23rd – Mar 2nd
March 19th – 25th & Mar 25th – Apr 1st
April 18th – 24th & April 24th – May 1st

What to do at Destination:

The beautiful villa Pranayama is in the sunny South of Tenerife where we are blessed with average winter temperatures of 22 degrees and 284 days a year of sunshine! The retreat is nestled in the hills of Arona just 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the south coast. The retreat has amazing mountain views from the garden, pool and roof terrace making it a perfect tranquil setting for your yoga practice. The retreat is equipped with 5 spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, two lounges, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, swimming pool and sun terrace. You can either spend your afternoons at our Tenerife retreat relaxing by the swimming pool enjoying the breath-taking mountain views or join one of our FREE daily adventures exploring some amazing places in the south of Tenerife including hiking in the spectacular Masca Valley, swimming in the natural pools at Los Gigantes or hiking around the volcano Mount Teide!

The accommodation for the 2 volunteers on the retreat is a shared room in the casita/pool house at Villa Pranayama which is separate to the main house and next to the swimming pool.

All meals including a delicious buffet breakfast with choice of fresh fruits and cooked options, a healthy packed lunch and sumptuous 3 course dinner every night.
