Moon Nectar, an emerging wellness brand, is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team and help spread our message of empowerment, mindfulness, and transformation.
This is a remote position, with a focus on supporting our social media efforts and marketing campaigns for Moon Nectar’s wellness retreats and events. As part of this role, you’ll help curate content that inspires our growing community, while also contributing to an exciting global wellness movement.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop visually stunning and engaging content (graphics, photos, videos) for our social media platforms, aligning with Moon Nectar’s brand voice and mission.
- Capture moments from our retreats, sharing highlights and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the experience.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely posting of all social media updates.
Community Engagement:
- Foster connections with our global community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and encouraging meaningful conversations.
- Build relationships with influencers, wellness advocates, and like-minded brands to expand Moon Nectar’s reach.
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and special promotions.
- Track analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns, and report on key metrics to improve content strategies.
Brand Strategy Support:
- Work closely with the team to align social media and marketing strategies with upcoming retreat themes and brand objectives.
- Contribute ideas for brand growth, seasonal campaigns, and cross-platform marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience with social media management and content creation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Passion for travel, wellness, yoga, mindfulness, or self-care practices.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with an eye for design and an understanding of social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
