Opportunity  description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Retreat Managerto oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for yoga and wellness, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a dynamic setting. This role also requires proficiency with digital tools to manage bookings and communications across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest experiences, from arrival to departure, ensuring all needs are met with care and professionalism.
  • Coordinate daily retreat schedules, classes, and activities with yoga teachers and other facilitators.
  • Ensure bookings are accurately linked and synchronized across online platforms.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including guest correspondence, reservation updates, and payment tracking.
  • Communicate guest needs and dietary preferences to the kitchen team.
  • Monitor and manage vendor relationships related to excursions, guest experiences, and local partnerships.
  • Provide on-site support to resolve guest issues promptly and diplomatically.
  • Oversee logistics, such as room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all guests and staff.
