Retreat Assistant Needed: Portugal September 19 – 23

We are looking for an assistant to join our team for our 50 person event in Oliveira do Hospital September 19 – 23.

The retreat is a 5 day introduction to tools for nervous system regulation based on Neuroscience, Psychology and Functional Medicine. It includes:

– 5 days accommodation in a 5 star hotel
– Complimentary airport transfers from Porto (OPO) airport at:
– 12PM Arrival Day
– 12PM on Departure Day
– 3 anti-inflammatory chef-prepared meals per day and snacks
– Sympathetic Dominance Protocol
– Neuroception & Cold Thermogenesis session
– Sweat Lodge experience
– TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises) class
– Introduction to Biofeedback (Neurofeedback and HRV Training) Workshop
– Use of Heart Rate Variability training sensors
– Gut Health & Our Food Principals Workshop
– Morning Meditation
– Movement for Neuroperformance
– Yoga & Working-In
– Breathwork session
– Unlimited use of the hot spring spa with hydrotherapy massage jets, sauna and steam room

Role:
– Assist with logistics and administration
– Help setting up the retreat activities
– Guest support
– Guest supervision during activities, holding space, helping them to process
– Taking some photos and video

Requirements:
– Availability Sept 19 – 23 (there are no other dates available)
– High level of English
– Background in somatic work

Bonus
– Good speaking level of Portuguese
– Therapist/counsellor

All meals, accommodation (shared with one other team member), all activities and spa use are included plus €700
Flights are not included.
