Job Description

We are seeking passionate and experienced meditation teachers to join our team as Lead Meditation Teacher Trainers. While ERYT 500 certification is preferred, candidates with extensive meditation training and proven teaching expertise will also be considered. This role involves leading our Meditation Teacher Training Programs, adhering to our established curriculum initially, and contributing to its development based on performance and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Facilitate: Conduct Meditation Teacher Training Programs following our established curriculum.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and updating of training curricula and instructional materials based on performance and expertise.
• Teach Specialized Topics: Deliver lessons on various meditation and wellness topics, including:
  • Mastery of Shatkriyas (Yogic Cleansing Techniques)
  • Proficiency in Pranayama and Breathwork Techniques
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Meditation Techniques (including Osho Dynamic Meditation, Zen Meditation, Loving Kindness [Metta], Chakra Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and more)
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda and Holistic Lifestyle Practices
• Mentor and Support: Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training journey.
• Collaborate: Work with fellow instructors to enhance program quality and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional activities and community outreach as needed.

Requirements

• Certification:
  • Preferred: ERYT 500 certified (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level).
  • Alternative: Extensive training in meditation with proven teaching expertise.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of personal meditation practice.
• Teaching Experience:
  • Proven ability to teach meditation effectively.
  • Experience in teacher training programs is essential.
• Specialized Knowledge: Ability to teach topics such as Shatkriyas, Pranayama, various meditation techniques (OSho Dynamic, Zen, Metta, Chakra, Yoga Nidra), and Ayurveda.
• Language Skills:
  • Proficient in English.
  • Bilingual abilities are essential.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability: Willingness to embrace and adapt to a multicultural environment.
