For the winter season 2024 / 2025 we are looking for a motivated team member who would like to join our team.

Who are we?

A beautiful boutique hotel in Austria’s largest ski area. We have been on the road to holistic selfcare for a long time (for 20 years), but have set the very concrete cornerstones for this with a re-branding process in 2019/20.

Our aim is to guide our guests and employees back to their true selves. To this end, we offer a wide range of support and guidance at all levels.

On a physical level, we offer healthy food, vegetarian-vegan menus, ketogenic food and also great Austrian cuisine. The detox programmes in the spa draw acids out of the body and with plenty of – above all conscious – exercise, the system gets back into shape (yoga, alpine bathing, guided hikes, personal training, and much more).

On a spiritual level, coaches are happy to accompany you before, during and after your stay. Mediations, fire ceremonies and breath work are just as helpful as chakra cleansing.

We work with energy medicine, which guides energies into the light that do not belong to us and brings back soul parts that were lost on life’s journey.

One of our 7 pillars is sustainability at all levels, so last year we were certified with the Austrian environmental seal and the EU ECO lable. But we also want to extend the experience for our guests to the time after their stay with us.

Alpine tradition meets boho lifestyle is also one of our pillars. We are in the mountains and utilise the resources of our wonderful nature. But we are also colourful, cosmopolitan and cheerful. We treat each other with respect and love to unite many nations, languages and attitudes.

We are also one of the best hotels in the region and therefore in Austria. Luxury in a casual way, our gourmet restaurant awarded with 3 toques by Gault Millau and many other awards, the wine cellar is one of the largest in Austria with over 1850 different wines, the rooms are spacious, colourful and elegant, the spa with outdoor pool is matching the philosophy. Located directly on the ski piste in winter and in the hiking area in summer. Above Lech, we overlook the beautiful Tannberge mountains from above. Our four different restaurants and 2 sun terraces in winter and our plant based alpine cuisine with many weddings and events in summer leave no room for boredom.

In this selfcare resort run by a woman, we stand together and work together – hands on mentality. Decision-making processes are short and quick. Profile:

You have training in the field of massage and good work experience
You always have an open ear for our guests and perfect manners
