Job Opportunity: Marketing Assistant for a Spiritual Growth Coach (Remote, English-Speaking)

I am a coach and consultant specializing in spiritual growth, and I’m looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to help me expand my impact. This is a part-time, remote role with a maximum budget of €500 per month, plus a 20% commission on each new client who joins through your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Newsletter Creation: Craft engaging newsletters based on my YouTube videos, ensuring my voice and message resonate with my audience.
• Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow my social media presence.
  • Execute customer outreach and engagement to attract new clients.
• Contact Management: Organize and maintain my client database and manage communications.
• Client Interaction: Optionally, support in conducting client consultations or pre-screening calls.

Your Skills & Qualities:

• Strong Communication Skills: You’re fluent in English and can express ideas clearly and authentically.
• Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with email marketing, social media, and basic content creation.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), CRM systems, and social media scheduling tools.
• Organized & Proactive: You manage your tasks independently and stay on top of deadlines.
• Alignment with Spiritual Values: You understand and resonate with themes of personal growth, mindfulness, and spirituality.
