Female Photographer/Videographer Trade for 7-Day Yoga Retreat at Soulshine Bali

Location: Ubud, Bali

Dates: January 11-18, 2025

We are seeking a female photographer and/or videographer to join us for a seven-day yoga retreat in exchange for capturing high-quality photos and video content. This is a trade opportunity and does not include additional pay.

What You Receive in Exchange:

•7 days of yoga retreat programming (1-2 daily yoga classes, meditation, journaling, and other modalities)

•Accommodation (shared room with a female guest)

•Daily breakfast

•Full access to the retreat’s amenities and activities

What We Need from You:

•1 hour of shooting per day – including class, candid, and environment shots

•2 short highlight videos (60-90 seconds) capturing the spirit of the retreat

•60+ edited high-resolution photos delivered within two weeks post-retreat

•On-site presence for key moments (yoga classes, golden hour shoots, and group shots during excursions or downtime)

Important Details:

•This is a trade-only agreement – no additional payment or reimbursement will be provided.

•You are responsible for flights, transportation, lunch/dinner, excursion expenses and any personal expenses.

•A formal agreement will be signed to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.

We are looking for someone who aligns with the energy of a yoga retreat and feels excited about immersing in the experience while exchanging skills. Preference will be given to photographers/videographers with experience in wellness retreats, movement, and nature photography.
