Having grown up in Chichester our inspiration for Studio44 came from the team's experiences in London and Melbourne. As Reformer Pilates enthusiasts, we noticed a disparity in the availability of ‘Reformer' Pilates classes between London and Chichester and wanted to bring our experience to our home town. Studio44 offers contemporary group Reformer classes with a strength-based approach so clients receive the benefits of a workout without the pressure of a gym environment.
