Hello! I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for food and an expertise in exploring hunger—what we crave and why. With a Master’s degree in Food Culture and Communication from The University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy, I combine a love for culinary traditions with holistic wellness. Currently pursuing my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I strive to deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection. Entering the next phase of life, I am guided by values of humanity, friendship, adventure, and laughter, embracing opportunities to build community and foster well-being.
